Want to have the Best Super Bowl Party ever? The Super Bowl has become the biggest social event of the year in the United States and is very popular all over the world. But more important than the actual game itself is the pageantry and camaraderie created by the Super Bowl Party. Below are a few tips to make sure that your party is the Best Super Bowl Party ever. Guest List I started out my career as a salesperson, and early in my career, I was told about Joe Girard's Law of 250 which basically says that every person knows at least 250 people who would either come to his/her wedding or funeral. His point was that if you treat customers well, you have the potential to touch another 250 prospects. When we talk about Super Bowl Parties, though, the Law of 250 actually hurts us. If you were to throw a birthday party on a Sunday, odds are that only one or fewer of the 250 people would already be scheduled to attend another birthday party somewhere.
Proper hydration is critical to avoid sports headaches. Drinking energy drinks is almost universal now, but they all contain caffeine or caffeine containing compound such as Guarana. The problem is that caffeine is a diuretic; diuretics make you urinate more frequently and cause you to become de-hydrated. Many of these energy drinks are promoted as having extra energy ingredients such as Gingko Biloba, Siberian Ginseng or Taurine. These can help but the dose is usually not enough. In short these energy drinks are expensive and a dumb idea for sports. Most sports drinks contain lots of sugar and artificial colourings. Of course everyone knows that a blue drink will make you run faster! But the sugar can increase your thirst. Remember the days when oranges were given to children at half time during a game. This provided natural energy and some liquid without causing bloating. The best drink to avoid headaches is water plus a good multi vitamin which contains a good dose of all the B vitamins. Have your vitamin in the morning and again before you play.
Half the fun of attending any sports event is the pre-game tailgating activities. When the weather turns cold, tailgating parties can become more challenging. Some sports enthusiasts end up paying a fortune for a Sky box, battling cold and windy weather, or foregoing pre-game tailgating altogether. It is true that there few party ideas that can withstand the problems brought on with really inclement weather, but, there are a few ideas that can work well year-round! One of the best tailgating party ideas involves making use of a limousine service. A limo party bus or a spacious H2 Hummer can provide you and your guests with an exciting and memorable experience. Party guests can relax and enjoy the luxury that comes with quality limousine service. One of the surprising benefits about using a limousine service to cater your event is that it is actually cost effective. You might initially be surprised at the cost, but there are some great advantages. A tailgating limousine service allows you to eat and imbibe with total abandonment, and lack of concern about driving under the influence. Neither yourself nor your guests need to be concerned about being the "designated driver" at this party.

Civil War is a variation of the popular drinking sport Beer Pong. This article assumes you already know how to play beer pong. In Civil War each team has 3 players. You have to play on a wider surface, at least 3.5 feet wide. Each player on each team has 6 cups in front of them in a pyramid formation. The game has the same goal as beer pong - you want to sink all of your opposing team's cups, but the rules are a little different. The ball is always live in Civil War. This means that you don't have to wait your turn or anything to shoot. You simply shoot as soon as a ball comes to you. If all 6 of your cups are sunk then you can't shoot any more but you can still help your team by retreiving lost balls and getting them to your active players. You cannot cross the middle of the table with any part of your body to retreive a ball. If you don't like the chaos of free turns then you can simply assign each player a "partner" on the other team.
I know the temptation behind grabbing a cold can of beer after a tiring workout at the gym, or just sitting on the sofa straight from the gym with a cold beer in hand. We all know the temptation of meeting up with your gym buddies in the bar during the weekend and watch a game or simply drink yourselves silly. Whatever your motivation for combining drinking and bodybuilding, you need to be informed of the dire consequences. For every beer you take, you reduce your progress and you can even end up preserving it all together. Let me not scare you into quitting the brown bottle or the wine glass, I will however give you the facts and leave it to you to figure out why exactly you can't combine drinking and bodybuilding. First of all, all bodybuilders know that one of the core pillars in bodybuilding is increasing in lean muscle. The best way to do this is by gaining lean weight. I'm sure your wondering what relationship is there between alcohol and fat. My answer is that there is a huge correlation. Alcohol is full of what we refer to as empty calories.

I’m starting to hear those noises again – helmet-to-helmet collisions, audible at the line, fans chanting de-fence. The time for nfl betting, and cheering and grabbing my hairless head has arrived. Let’s be honest, if you enjoy gambling, is there anything better than nfl betting? How could there be? It’s not possible. Let’s think about it. You get hours of action, you can sit on your couch and eat doughnuts and drink beer during the game, and you can hang out with your friends or family. Shoot, you could even have some ‘alone’ time with your wife or girlfriend – even though you’ll really be peeking at the screen. Once I saw players suiting up for the season, I headed straight to the computer and went to betonline.com (my book of choice). I went straight to NFL betting and checked out the lines. Liked this, liked that. Didn’t like this, didn’t like that. Then, I took my usual NFL betting approach. I placed a lot of money on what I didn’t like. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn’t. Which is fine, because that means if I flipped it I’d be getting the same results.

Have you ever heard of the song Wine and Sports by Ben Folds Five then you will probably agree with me that there is a significant association with a good bottle of wine when it comes to Sports theme celebrations and festivities. There has been a rapid movement of many sports fans, particularly NFL and College football followers from wine to beer as their preferred alcoholic beverage when watching a game or when in a sports-related gathering. I believe that it’s because many sports fans can relate the characteristics of their favorite bottle of wine to their individual NFL team preferences. If you watch JustJess from the Wine Channel then you’ve probably seen Jess Altieri of WineHarvest talk about the impact of each wine depending on its character, blend and where it was brewed. Pro Football is the same in many ways, where NFL Rivalries are settled by each team’s athleticism, line up and where it is being played. Being a major Packers fan, I can’t help but think about what brand and type of wine I would use to associate them with.

Baseball may be considered America's past time, but bowling is just plain fun for everyone. No matter your age, your fitness level or your sports abilities, you can still have a great time bowling. The game itself is challenging and can be a great deal of fun, however the social aspect of bowling is probably its greatest benefit. While some people choose to bowl by themselves for practice, bowling is much more fun with a group of people. It is because of this that bowling leagues are so popular for people of every age. And lets face it, during what other sport can you so easily drink beer? In case you have never heard of bowling or Ten Pin Bowling as it is sometimes called, there are a few basics that you should know. Bowling is played in a bowling alley with lanes. The lane is approximately 60 feet long and 42 inches wide and has ten pins at the opposite end of the lane.
Sports handicappers are the gurus of the sports betting world, and gambling is one of the most favorite sports of sports fans. The gambling arena has actually grown into an industry in itself, and more and more people are getting into it as stakes go higher and higher. There are two types of wagers that you can place. One is the money line. This is your straight up betting. The odds are always 50-50. It's simple, and once you are familiar with it, you can raise your chances of winning. It's either you win or lose though in this game. There is certainly no gray area. Everything here is always set in black or white. If your team wins, then you take the money home with you to spend like a maniac. If your team loses, go have a beer with your buddies in the local bar. All you have to do is bet on the winning team to earn money. The other type of wager is the point spread wager. This type is more lax than the previous one. It would allow you a margin of error and that should be quite an advantage to you.
