Losing weight is not difficult to do. But summoning the will power to actually do it can be. Like everything in life, it's mind over matter. Anyone can lose weight if they actually set their minds to it. People lose weight every day and there is no reason you cannot too. It doesn't matter if you are obese, overweight or just want to lose that beer gut, everyone can achieve their ideal weight and SHOULD. There are plenty of scams out there promising instant weight loss with a simple pill or a magic word. There are diets out there, albeit, that do work at getting the weight off, but ultimately fail because they are ridiculous to maintain, and quite often your body actually still requires what you have cut out. I'm not going to tell you what to do, but this is what you do: stay away from all of this. It will burn a hole in your pocket and only solve the problem temporarily. They need to understand that losing weight isn't "dieting", but a lifestyle change and a small one at that.
