Here's a quick question from Derek of Memphis, TN. "So there's this girl at work that I sometimes flirt with and I've gotten a lot better at that since I've been reading your newsletters. It's hard for me to meet women outside of work since I work maybe 60-70 hours a week and I'm really tired at the end of the day. I used to go out a lot and party when I was younger but those days are older. What I'm getting at is that this girl is totally my type - short, really petty face, just has a cute bubbly personality and an amazing set of youknowwhats. The problem is I am struggling to "escalate" I just can't seem to move past friendly conversation. I want to let her know that I want her but I don't know how to do it without the risk of making things awkward. I guess if I could meet other girls outside of work, that would make it easier because I wouldn't care so much. I guess I'll be honest I guess I'm a little desperate at this point. What would you do in my situation?
This week I had a pleasure of visiting my brother who lives in Hod Ha Sharon, a small town about 150 km away from my home in Arad. Unlike previously, this time I thought I'd catch a train instead of riding a car. This meant I had to get on a bus to Beer Sheva and buy a train ticket to Tel Aviv. In Tel Aviv I had to get off the train and wait for another one that would take me to Hod Ha Sharon where my brother lives. To tell you the truth I really hate public transport, since I spent over 6 years riding buses and trains to college, but for whatever reason, I felt I needed to experience this journey anyway. And here's the insight I picked up I think you'll benefit from: Internet Marketing Is A Lot Like Jumping Trains. I witnessed thousands of people in Tel Aviv getting off and on trains to all the different directions. Whether it's to or from work, they ride the same trains every single day. They do the same thing over and over again day by day.
Traditional Dutch food is rich in diversity. Savory fish and stew dishes, sweet treats and sauces, and hardy breads are just a few of the great foods that the Dutch culture has to offer. In this article, I am going to include some of my favourite traditional Dutch recipes. I hope you give them a try and enjoy them as much as I do! Flemish Stew Ingredients: 1 large onion 1.75 oz margarine 2 lbs cubed beef and pork 1 bay leaf Thyme, salt, and pepper to taste 3/4 bottle of dark beer 1 beef bouillon cube 2 slices of whole wheat bread 4 oz whipping cream Mustard Directions: Heat the margarine in a large pan over medium heat. Roughly chop the onion and add it to the skillet. Saut AND #233; the onion until soft, then add the meat. Be sure to brown it thoroughly. Crush the bay leaf and add it to the pan, along with the thyme, salt, pepper, bouillon cube, and beer. Thickly spread the mustard onto one side of each piece of bread, then put them face-down on top of the stew. Cover the pan and reduce to a low heat. Simmer for an hour.
As an employer, there is a legal responsibility to ensure and protect the health and safety of employees and other people, such as members of the public or customers who might reasonably be affected by the work being undertaken. As society is becoming increasingly encroached by law, certain activities that used to be commonplace are now either drastically reduced or consigned to history completely. For example, the tradition of the pantomime Dame throwing sweets like Blackjacks or Fruit Salads into the audience for them to catch is no longer allowed in some theatres, because of the potential to cause injury. No theatre or theatre company wants to be faced with a lawsuit for throwing a few sweets for some fun when their play already has to be produced to a tight budget. School trips now have to undergo a considerable risk assessment before they would be approved, which is perfectly understandable. However, it is a sad state of affairs that many teachers who in the past would have happily organised a school trip for children would not even consider running it today due to the potential threat of a lawsuit.
The joy and pleasure of Christmas spreads cheer equally among the young and not-so-young, and the magic associated with this holy day keeps growing year after year. One of the reasons why this festival time is so special is the exchange of gifts. Christmas gifts are special as they bring along with them all the love and affection from the giver's heart. People spend a lot of time and effort to find the perfect Christmas gift for the person whom they cherish. A handmade gift further enhances this bond in a relationship as it gives that special personal touch to the gift. Making one at home is a time-intensive activity. However, Christmas hampers are an option worth considering as excellent Christmas gifts. Hampers are more or less associated with food items. This is not necessarily so. You can make an ideal gift to people of a hamper consisting of items that they would genuinely love and treasure by appealing to their special interest or hobby. Themed Christmas hampers may be prepared keeping in mind the special interests of the recipient.
